The location is very good and the service is exceptional.i like how friendly and helpful the staff are. However the cleanliness of the bed blanket is poor.there is dots of unknown stain on both of the towels and the blankets.eventhough they change the towel every housekeeping, the towel is still stained. Other than that the hotel is spacious and relatively well cleaned.

酒店的地理位置很好，靠近碼頭，而且也有包早餐。早餐的選項還可以接受，房間可以再多加一個燈。整體來説，我很滿意。 The hotel’s location is great, close to the pier, and it also includes breakfast. The breakfast options are acceptable, and the room could use an extra light. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

Good bed, had a good sleep. breakfast was alright. Hygiene inside the room was really bad. 1st hour in the room i saw 2 small cockroach. Got algae and webs at the corners of the room. All the tower has red/yellow marks on them. For the price, i think i cant complain. But personally i can't stand the room hygiene.

Everything is good except for the cleanliness of the towel. Room looks clean. Bed sheets looks clean too. But the towel is horrible, even after I asked for a change of towel. The new one is still stained. I only stayed for a few hours (8pm to 5am) to transit from my flight to take first ferry to Singapore.

The location is relatively near to Batam Center International Ferry Terminal, but it’s not a walking distance. Near attractions like Masjid Agung and food courts and convenience store. My main complain is on the cleanliness of the toilet. It really need scrubbing on the floor, toilet and wall. The towels maybe have been washed but its not freshly washed. There’s some humid smell on the towel. The shampoo and soap are not refilled either. The plus is side is the price comes with breakfast. The foods are nice and includes fruits as well. But may improve on the cleanliness of the toaster as well as the food presentation. There are some maintainence work need to be done to improve the hotel’s overall presentation. Gladly, I’m pleased to comment that there is no cockroaches☺️

Everything was good except the plug point. I’ve been in batam so many time and dont have any problem with power socket. Apparently they still using 2 pin power socket. Even they also dont provide 3 pin plug adapter. And i have to walk to nearest hardware to find travel adaptor by myself. I hope they will fix this problem and tourist dont have to worry abt this anymore. I would like recommend this hotel to my other family and friend. Clean, comfortable and affordable🥰👍🏻

the room is good but we weret satisfied with the service (we need to pay 50k due to the limitation of the room even though i have already book and pay fully for the room a week before)
