It’s a very affordable stay, clean and comfortable, service was good as well. The hotel breakfast doesn’t have much option, but it’s simple and good enough, will definitely rebook if i ever return to Batam :)

The staff at the counter are nice. There are massage facilities in the hotel. The location is not very convenient ,need to take grab to go out every time. But everything is fine, will like to stay again when holiday.

Location is very bad for this outlet as the area still under construction and a bit far to Nagoya Hill etc. Even is considered as new hotel but the cleanliness and amenities are not so fantastic. Spa & massages a bit pricey. The breakfast is just good to fill up your stomach. Accidentally broke the hand soap bottle (had a cracked line and not soap inside when we first used) and asked to pay IDR250000. Overall, good for budget travellers. Not recommend for leisure travellers. Services are considered quite poor.

Love the place. Although it was at a new area, the place still has the relaxing vibe. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the rooms that I had booked had a leaking and was then shifted to a new room in less than 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing fancy but still fulfilling. The view from my room wasn’t that bad at all
