這是一間可以好好放鬆渡假的酒店，員工親切友善，早餐豐盛，房間乾淨床好睡，周圍環境安靜，酒店雖然在市區外，但去市區有接駁車可搭很方便。

The atmosphere is very calming and tranquil, with a beautiful view of pools that enhances the relaxed feel of nature. I enjoyed the Ikan Bakar seabass, crispy duck brown rice, smoothies and a tiramisu, served by friendly staff who always provided me with a discount. It was such a nice experience—just relaxing, eating, sleeping, and enjoying the sauna.

房間設施一般、有些陳舊。房間外面的景色不錯。 剛開始分到了一間房一股煙味🚬、有地毯的話我覺得就應該無煙房比較合適。不過前台立刻派人上來更換了一間房。

Its our 2nd time staying here and its family friendly hotel. Decent breakfast spread, clean hotel and spacious room for 3 paxs. Great staffs, they are approachable too. Definitely will revisit here again. Not that far from Batam centre, probably about 15mins drive, depending on the traffic.

One of the longest standing 5 star hotel in Batam. View is of greenery - facing the golf course. Gorgeous. Hotel was running full, friendly reception officer Finy, offered me a deluxe room with twin beds, balcony golf course view. My original booking was standard room king bed. Shuttle buses at certain timings to Grand Batam Mall and Nagoya Hill. Gym was well equipped. I saw the Sauna and yoga area at level 10 One thing to note- the sun is overhead in the morning. So the pool does not get sun as it is blocked by hotel building( until around 1015am) . In the afternoon there is chance of sun. The area where the cafe is gets morning sun. Cafe Luminal next to the hotel served coffe roast from starbucks .not a major starbucks coffee fan so I had watermelon juice instead. Cafe’s environment was great for remote working as there were many charge points. Overall a pleasant stay.

My partner and I love this place: it’s very well maintained, clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. The wide lobby is equipped with sofas we could rest while waiting for our vehicle. The breakfast buffet choices are good too: from Asian to western, healthy to sweet tooth. The gym is well equipped. There are also infinity pool at the top floor, jacuzzi and normal swimming pool. Amenities and facilities are one of the most satisfying ones for us. We look forward to coming back here!

Had an amazing 3 nights at Radisson. The breakfast had a lot of options such as grilled salmon, sushi rolls, hamburger, mini steak, sausages, cheese and the smoothies were superb. The infinity pool was relaxing and we had the pool all to ourselves most of the time since it was a weekday. Planning my next 永安 back already!
