酒店年紀有點大 房間很大 前台接待那位女士服務很熱情周到 早餐也很好吃 特點 泳池很大 健身房也很大不過沒有過去 很推薦酒店隔壁的田雞粥 很好吃

Pas banget buat jalan2 bareng keluarga lokasi strategis dan tenang untuk istrahat.. Di tunjang dengan fasilitas kolam renang yg freiensly untuk anak2 dan juga sarapan dengan beraneka ragam makanan nya.. Sangat rekomnedasi untuk wisata keluarga

Bath water not clean. Bath got sound. Room very small. Stayed 1 night. Don’t expect much from it. Have stayed in better hotel in Batam before. Batam ferry and foods photos taken.

I had a fantastic stay at Sahid Hotel Batam! The facilities are top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service truly stood out — the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel amenities, including the pool and dining options, were excellent, providing a perfect balance of luxury and convenience. I highly recommend Sahid Hotel Batam to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be returning on my next 永安!

The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room.
