巴淡島維多利亞女王公寓 (Queen Victoria Apartment Batam)

The price rate is almost the same as a resort rate in bali, but services, cleanliness, honesty, and professionalism was below average. Urgently need to improve the cleanliness especially the towel and the bedsheets … they give us dirty towels (brown stains, black stain,yellow stain,even got blood stain not really fully washed),the floor full of black and yellow stain, the dust is everywhere,hair also found in every conner the house, talk about the bedsheets all look like never change Black stain everywhere even got a dry blood stain on there,hair on the pillow,upon our arrival the bathtub got an alive cockroach..the fridge also not in good condition,only good thing is the wifi..To the housekeeping please look serious about the cleanliness,the arrangement of the amenities also really in a bad condition,all the toothbrush kit just stacked in one place,the shower gel and shampoo almost empty bottles..and smell like already expired.. so this place really not recommended to stay…Please improve, our stay is not worth for what we have paid.

PELAYANAN BAGUS HANYA KURANG BERSIH, BUT OVERALL OK.

Location wise good, but far from away from facilities such as places to eat, convenience stores etc. Not suitable for families (6 in group) because only have 1 shower + toilet and 1 toilet. :(. Tiny room (3 bedrooms, yes have 3 bedrooms but it is the studio unit and put some partition to become 3 bedrooms...).

The apartment is very basic with old furniture. It is due for deep cleaning, a renovation and an investment in new linnen or towels.

Small unit with 2 bedrooms, it’s a cheap place to stay.. checkin at 23:15 and checkout at 9:00 a short period for transition. beautiful view and good location. Small swimming pool
