前台客服逼寫永安 advisor好評才給辦理提早入住，除此之外酒店很好很乾凈，還帶一個泳池可惜下雨了

If u want cheap hut clean hotel can go for this. Super near to ferry terminal and mega batam mall. Their breakfast was generous too. Have mini gym and swimming pool too.

hotel is located near to Batam Centre and Mega Mall, hotel is clean and tidy, beds are very comfortable. We had a good rest and enjoyed the fact that it's easy access to Mega Mall. Breakfast was ok in the roof top but the spread can be better.

Very near to Batam Centre ferry terminal, by foot around 7mins, but please aware there's no proper pedestrian pathway. Reception welcomed us warmly and the hotel smells good. Overall it was a very good stay for the price paid. The bed and pillow was super comfy and you can watch netflix and youtube on TV. The breakfast was decent, many option with nice view, but taste wise, some need to be improved. Downside : there's nothing much near the hotel.

Dissapointed with the rooms. I traveled with my family. booked 2 rooms and chose this hotel because of interconnecting room. During booking, mentioned that there are interconnecting..but unfortunately, at the reception counter said that only deluxe and superior has this type of room. Need to pay rm300 for upgrade. Then i ended without connecting room. 1 room with leaked aircond. Others are ok. Near to megamall n jetty. Not to far from shopping area...

Perhaps me and my families are one of the most frequently visitor of Santika Hotel around the country. From Bali, Malang, Yogya, Semarang. But Santika Batam is the worst service hotel I've ever had. FO officer name Artha acted like an amateur. Not only her face who rude but also very disspointing. I've been waiting more than half an hour w/o confirmation that our room was ready to use. She was very pasif to inform guest whether the room was ready though time for check-in already set. When I tried to ask how it should be, she answered with denial. Housekeeping still double checked. It's kind an insane manner. Duty manager Mr. Garry (Jerry) was willing to catch us, try to explained the standar service. He was offering complimentary transfer to harbour, the day after. But it never happened. What an insane service, I underwent at Santika Batam. One of the worst service I got so far. Don't know if the Management realize these experience.

I've stayed here twice before but first time for my sister. It's quite a distance to walk to Batam Center. I liked the breakfast spread. Will be back again in the future.

First and foremost. The location is very convenient. The Environment was super clean and cosy. The staff are very professional / friendly / polite and helpful. The management gave me a birthday surprise after my breakfast and served with a birthday cake. (See photos) The staff sang birthday songs in the restaurant. It's awesome and gladly appreciated. Thanks to management and staff . Tumps up for the management and staffs . Will definitely recommend my friend to this hotel and of course will use 永安 for their next traveling plan.

Great service. Hotel was very modern and clean. 永安 had an error that showed up 2 single beds but when we got there the room was actually a king bed so the staff upgraded us. Great value for money hotel! :)
