Poor service on the food, don’t offer breakfast if you cannot serve it on time and don’t enough food. Lacking of crews

The TV wasn't working and called twice for help but no one came. The other room's AC was permanently on high so it was freezing. The restaurant on the first floor was packed and only had 2 servers including the cashier. And she was also taking room orders. Waited for almost an hour before we were served (we couldn't go anywhere else since it's far from tagaytay proper). The breakfast spread was super bland and my papa just ate fruits.  It was good value but then you will see these issues and then you realize why it was less expensive than others. But it looks like they are expanding - we hope the service and amenities will improve together with their expansion.

ホテルから観光地へ行くには向いていない。ここのホテルのプールやプレイグラウンドを目的として行ったので楽しめた。山の中にありホテルを出て買い物に行く事は出來ない。ホテルの中に売店はあるが価格が3倍。ホテルに水を持ち込む事をお勧めします。

Overall, it was a great experience. The amenities were amazing — lots of activities to enjoy, whether you're into relaxing or staying active. You definitely won’t run out of things to do! The food was delicious, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a room with a stunning view of Taal Volcano — waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. Cleanliness was good, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. There’s a little room for improvement, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fun activities, and breathtaking views, I highly recommend Canyon Woods!

It has good weather and far from busy streets. It has nice location though it was quite far and we had a hard time looking for the place since there was a rerouting due to closed roads. The place is but i was disappointed because it has poor connection and i immediately reported it to the front desk but until we checked we were not attended. The food is ok but nothing special.
