The best location in Batangas City. Everything was in walking distance. The best Filipino scrambled eggs and fried rice next door at Food House 30. Quiet hotel. Nice room. Good aircon.

The room is clean, can request to change sheets and pillows sheets anytime. Location is accessible and near SM Batangas, have traspo like tricycle in front of the hotel. (Some driver may charge over price but it depends on how you negotiate ) receptionist is kind and approachable.
