VERY BIG NO!! for this hotel. I was on work 永安 with colleague from office. I was mistaken to book this hotel because in the same Batu Aji area there are 2 OS hotels, one is this OS Hotel Batu Aji Batam and the other one is OS STYLE Hotel Batu Aji Batam, the one the my office colleague stay. So I'm thinking it should be okay to stay at separate hotel, because the distance between 2 hotels are nearby. during check in time was normal, no issue. when I was entering to the room the horror was begin : - the room has bad and awful smell - the floor was still wet, the cleaning service just finished cleaning up the room, but the floor was so wet. - the bathroom also very wet, not properly cleaned - aircon has noisy sound and not cold - the most epic horror is the COCKROACH!!!! For the bed, I didn't bother to check the bed as I'm sure they didn't change the linen. very awful smell. I wonder the worker seems didn't care about room cleanliness and no sense of belonging at all. Yes it is cheap budget hotel, but budget hotel also need to have some standard cleanliness. this hotel is very not decent for stay. Just within few minutes after check in I check out and book another hotel to stay with my office colleagues at OS Style Hotel Batu Aji. think again before you want to book this hotel.

kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan interior dindingnyaa cakep. mungkin buat kedepannya bisa pakai kartu untuk masuk ke kamarnya, ga dengan kunci besi lagi

Broken power outlet, 2 persons for only one socket. Found hairs on arrival day, WiFi cannot connect and always dropping.Customer service bad. Just the location is ok. Rating 1/10.
