Great Stay – Will Definitely Come Back! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent 永安 to Batam. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the pillow – it helped me sleep really well! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and fast, which made a great first impression. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience and will definitely be coming back on my next visit!

The food was absolutely delicious be it the breakfast or the weekly Saturday BBQ and the hotel had such a vibrant atmosphere with events that made the experience even more enjoyable. From recommending great dinner spots to even assisting us with purchasing gifts, his thoughtful service really made us feel well taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine—thank you, Felix! What stood out most was the warm hospitality from every staff member we encountered. No matter where you go in the hotel, you’re always greeted with a bright smile that makes you feel at home. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Shout out to Felix! He was very kind and extremely helpful. He helped my dad to hold him. He drove us to the best seafood spot. If you guys wanna any help can look out for Felix in the hotel. Staff were very kind and friendly. Very happy living here. My family love this place alot. Had a free complimentary tea session as well. Do go visit the Spa at the ground level. Shout out to Putri for giving my family and me a very luxuarious service. They gave us free macroons. Very satisfied with the overall service. Definitely coming back.
