設施：設施不錯，一樓有遊戲室，房間設施也齊全 衞生：挺好的，很乾凈，房間也很大 服務： 所有人都挺好，還有歡迎飲品 環境： 旁邊就是碼頭，還可以遠眺新加坡

設施:齊全，風景不錯。 衞生:比較乾淨。有點煙味。 環境:整體不錯。 服務:還可以，就是辦理入速度還可以。其它都還好，整體環境不錯。

Warm and friendly service from check in to check out. Bathroom basin had some chokage which was fixed promptly. Local breakfast is great especially for indomie lovers, with a live station to try their different flavours. Love the roof lounge, great view and cosy. Great location too with Harbour Bay ferry terminal and range of restaurants within walking distance. Great hotel to chill at for a quick getaway.

I have nothing to comment except praises to this quaint hotel. Spacious room and toilets with practical fixtures and fittings. I like that the toilet sink is not too big and kept clean and simple. Comfortable bed with room services that can be requested by scrolling through the tv. Breakfast was substantial for us. Anyone staying at Yello Hotel should try their massage. Eventhough it was done in one of the guest's rooms. But very good masseuses. I left the session feeling very refreshed. Thank you for giving us a free ride to the harbour. Great personality and attentive staffs. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to stay here again.

It’s clear that all your teams efforts is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality. Not forgetting Mr Farhan, Mr Wafi and Mr Dicky who handles the breakfast area. Totally awesome ! They ensure that all guests cutleries are cleared away immediately from each table so that they can have a seamless and hearty breakfast. Service from.staff.from.front desk Vincent, to bell staff, breakfast and housekeeping was great. Cheerful and helpful. Location is a direct straight walk from.harbourbay ferry but not sheltered. Rooms are clean though sound proofing maybe a little.slight issue but not.much big issue as this is a.value for money clearn and Comfortable hotel to stay near ferry terminal, will return, yello urban with Seaview room was nice ，view from.room.

衞生情況堪憂，入住後發現床單不乾淨，通知前台更換，更換後的床單還是有一點點斑，建議酒店定期採購新的床單被罩，影響酒店品牌和形象

2nd time stayed in this hotel. The front desk staffs and F&B staffs are very friendly and courtesy. Check-in and check out process is very efficient. Thank you Yello personnel for making our stay so comfortable. Room facing the river view. And beautiful sunset at Harbour bay .

The place near to harbour bay surrounding easy to get food the place was clean and neat service good. Hotel to harbour bay just walking distance, hotel staff polite and serve with smiles. Room cleaning services was fast the room clean Aircon is cold enough, TV comes with WiFi can see YouTube,so far not yet try the breakfast. Check in and check out no hassle...

Good location less then 10mins walk from harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. This was the view from the hotel room. Booked Urban room with is perfect for couple. Comfortable pillows and mattress. Hotel provide free shuttle to major malls grand Batam and Nagoya Hills. They even provide free shuttle to harbour bay Ferry Terminal. Service was excellent impressive . Breakfast has varieties but more to local delicacy overall with the price and perfect stay . Thank you Yello
