Sangat selesa Dan murah. Ekon Pon sejok Dan ada kipas jugak. Ada hot shower. Staff sangat friendly Dan baik. Dekat dengan batu pahat bas Sentral.

The hotel’s location is decent, with plenty of shops nearby. The room is also okay. However, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, possibly due to the hotel being old.

之前住過幾次了～這次覺得沒這樣好～因為差點被床邊的釘弄到～過後換房了網絡不好～花灑也不好用

As I can say, nice location but it was hard to find a parking due to heavy road conditions. Not recommended if you are a poor sleeper, because very noisy karaoke somewhere around the hotel and it was loud at night. And many mosquitoes too.

The toilet basin area not so convenient, easy to splash water everywhere. And the room only has shower on top, no hand shower, no shower cap. 😑 Thanks.

Attached photo shown the photos upon we check into the hotel. It is messy and not clean up. Their front desk claim they have done the housekeeping but the housekeeper rush off so the thing is all over the place. The front desk followed us to the room and showed us that all the towel are ‘clean’ although the towel is on the floor. Instead of make effort to clean up the room and give us new towel, the front desk just try to justify that thier room is clean to live in. We end up booked another hotel for that night and leave the hotel. We also looking to get full refund on this disaster experience.

The room wasn't clean enough. The moment we entered the room, the floor and mirror are so dusty. We were shocked when we were told that there's been a long time since the room are being used, so no one came to clean it or even checked beforehand. Not to mention, the iron aren't user friendly also. My friend burned her skirt since the iron board is stick to the wall so it makes it harder for us to use the iron. The receptionist that work at the time isn't friendly at all. Not going to recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was the second time that I stayed in this hotel. The cleanliness needs to be improve. The fan in the bathroom was faulty and having a big sound when we turned on the light. Complained to the staff but almost all the rooms are having the same issue as they are too old and unmaintained. Another point was they only provided 3 free parkings for guests at the right front of the hotel. There was a yellow car parked at there for 24 hours so only 2 parkings available. You have to pay the parking fee if you couldn't get one from there. It was inconvenience. The lift is located at the second floor. We had to carried our luggage to second floor by stairs to access the lift. It was heavy! The staff was friendly. Anyway I don't think I will come back to this hotel again.
