This is a very new service apartment, spacious for my family of 4. The management of this homestay is very helpful to resolve some check in issues at security. As we booked this very last min, we were not able to get carpark in the building itself but management team gave good alternatives which is not too far off. Had a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!

酒店裡有洗衣機非常方便，一張大床還有兩個沙發也不錯，就是沒有一次性洗漱用品也沒拖鞋，可以改進一下，但是最讚的是有一個飲水機非常棒，可惜因為辦事情，一直沒時間體驗頂樓的無邊泳池，下次再去檳城一定要體驗一下，還想住這家，畢竟去機場太方便了。

入住便捷性：給的指引很清晰，入住很快 安全：非常安全 公寓和酒店入住的華人也非常多 設施：竟然有個頂樓露天泳池，晚上燈火闌珊 非常漂亮愜意 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：離機場很近，開車十分鐘，不堵車。 第二天早班機的尤其可以考慮 服務：房東是馬來華人，國語很好，耐心講解了很多我感興趣的點。

Wonderful stay. The apartment was very well equipped. Lots of cleaning supplies & washing detergent. Washing machine was so useful. Room was clean and modern. Building has a good sized infinity pool with a stunning view of Queensbay. A shallow pool for kids, playground, gym, kids play room, games room & chill out area. Only thing would be to add a convenience store on the ground floor but there is one across the road & vending machines on 13th floor. Security are always onsite and so friendly so makes you feel very safe.

Loved staying at this studio! It was really comfy and came with everything we needed even a washing machine and detergent. Parking was super easy and the view from the studio was so calming. Kinda sad I didn’t get the chance to try the pool… But overall, it’s a solid 10/10. The studio prepared everything for us. Totally recommended! 😍😍
