Room got bad smell from toilet, have crockroach, many ants in the table, There is no tooth brush/tooth paste, no slippery, shower cap etc as amenities in hotel bed not good need change new bed, Towel not fresh still got bad smell.. bfast too spicy for local food, Hotel price not worth it, old hotel

It is close to the airport. That’s the only positive. Old and in need of maintenance. Air conditioning so noisy you have to turn it off to sleep. Evidence of mould in bathroom and bedroom.

I stayed in a family room at Hotel Seri Malaysia during a recent business 永安 and had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered great value for the price, especially with breakfast included. The service was friendly and efficient, the location was convenient, and the food served was tasty and satisfying. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable and reliable accommodation.

Requested for invoice on the day i checked out from hotel, but they said, they will email it later, okay fine. Waited for 4 days already, but did not yet received any email of invoice. Called up the hotel customer service, inquired regarding this matter, he asked to call back tmorow morning during office hour, okay fine , understood, but, the customer service replied in a harsh and rude way to me, asking to call back again tmoro. Really, bad experince of this. I would rate the service as bad. Otherwise, the food was excellent, the stays etc all are fair.

店面位於檳城機場附近，優點就是第二天趕車便利，大概20分鐘就能到達機場。房間屬於老式閣樓改建的，大概三層，沒有電梯，衹能徒步上去。前台溝通都還好，入住很快捷。房間沒有一次性拖鞋，毛巾，衹有浴巾，熱水也感覺不是很熱。部分傢俱有點老，沒有吹風機。可以説第二天趕飛機短期入住一下還是可以的。

Tuala, pelapik kaki terlupa disediakan. Lepas sejam baru dpt tu pun kalau x minta x dpt dh rasanya. Jadi kalau x cukup staf ka barang ka, apa kata tambah. Lampu mati, gelap bilik. Mungkin x cek sblum sediakan bilik. Selama ni selalu pergi seri malaysia selain penang semua okey saja, tpi kalini bnyk benda x kena. Rasanya x cek dengan betul sblum sediakan bilik hm. Harga 200+, k lah mungkin bukan rezeki nk dpt yg selesa kalini.
