AWFUL EXPERIENCE! No room key, neighbours having their own personal rap concerts in the hallway until 3am with no help from the front desk and no breakfast. We arrived at the hotel to check in and the front desk lady (who was lovely) said that the key card machine wasn’t working, which wouldn’t have been an issue, except she said her manager would have to come and fix it later and we heard her call them both (there’s only two) and they both told her that the other was working at that time? So we weren’t able to get a key card at all for our entire stay and had to get the front desk to let us in. We also had our neighbours blasting music and singing as if they were performing for a sold out stadium until gone 3am. We tried phoning the front desk on multiple numbers that were supplied to us as we had asked the neighbour to turn the music down but they hadn’t, but there was no answer from the hotel despite them supposedly being 24 hours. We ended up getting very little sleep and felt very uncomfortable all night. In the morning, we told the front desk and they just shrugged and did not care at all. The breakfast finished at 9am and we arrived at 8:15am and there was no breakfast there except for a pile of sausages with 45 mins still to go. There weren’t even any plates or cutlery available even if there was a breakfast available. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had due to poor management and a lack of accessibility or organisation. I would not recommend staying here. Things down.

I scheduled a stay on the wrong date. The manager comped me $5. Not a big discount but every bit helps. The room was very clean though it had a strong bleach smell. Lots of contractors and their families staying in the hotel and talking outside our door til late and early next a.m.

I actually stayed at this hotel, a 2 other times, and never had any issues. However, the 永安 I took was uncalled for. there was a dirty ass to the walls like people just wiped their personal stuff on there, and that was never cleaned up. I ended up staying for one night, and I was itchy in the entire night and saw random bugs, so the next day, considering my very first 永安 was great. I asked management for a new room due to this for an additional night he went ahead and gave that to  me. I didn’t complain about my charges. I just wanted to give them another chance, considering my very first stay there. I ended up going to the other room, and it was in the corner where there were even more bugs, and allow dog that barked every moment, and the room was disgusting. There was still stuff on the walls and, the floors look like they hadn’t been cleaned so instead of staying another night, I went to management to see about getting my money back for the second night.  The gentleman decided to tell me that no one had ever complained and I was the first and people stay there for months. I was very respectful and told him that my first time there was great and that all I wanted to do was find a new hotel that was it. He started yelling at me and told me to take my stuff and get out and I confronted him not understanding why he decided to raise his voice at me, I never complain about things and unfortunately this experience was not great. I can understand that rooms don’t get cleaned properly at times but won’t I won’t stand for is to be yelled at and then dismissed because I’m the only person that’s ever said anything. I’m not in other peoples experiences. I was in my own, and this was a very disappointing moment to me.
