酒店位置靠近三里屯跟朋友聚會很方便，停車樓下有包天的對於我這個外地人來説很友好，房間很大我確實沒想到，在這個位置這個價格很值得推薦了，還是寵物友好酒店

來北京出差 依舊選擇三里屯附近住宿，公寓，很乾凈，房間很大，離地鐵口近 出行很方便，樓下超市 飯店很多，房主也很熱情。點贊👍

來北京旅遊，逛完長城來三里屯，搜了個附近住宿，感覺挺好的，店家給升級了投影房。 公寓，很乾凈，房間很大，比前一天住的長城那邊大了不止一倍。 投影儀的音質和畫質都很棒。 大紅冰箱我是太愛了😻還有微波爐洗衣機。 外面夜景好美

這次和女朋友旅行，因為這間民宿而變得格外美好和温暖。 民宿的位置簡直不能更棒了！就藏在熱鬧的三里屯旁邊，下樓走幾步就是各種潮流店鋪和美食，但回到公寓裏，瞬間就切換成安靜温馨的模式，真正實現了“鬧中取靜”。 一打開門就被驚喜到了！房間和照片一模一樣，甚至比圖片上更有氛圍。還有牆上掛着的特色裝飾畫，共同營造了一個無比放鬆的空間。 晚上玩累了回來，窩在沙發裏用投影儀看部電影，或者站在窗邊看看三里屯的璀璨夜景，旅途的疲憊瞬間就被治癒了。床品也非常乾淨舒適，一夜好眠。 這不僅僅是一次住宿，更像是在一個陌生城市裡，有朋友為你精心準備了一個臨時的家。強烈推薦給所有來北京玩的朋友，絕對是提升旅行幸福感的神仙選擇！下次來，一定還會住這裏！ 推薦

房間很大，服務態度也很好，地理位置不錯，在三里屯附近，性價比很高，很適合短租，就是水需要付費有點小問題。

房間乾淨，空間很大，服務人員態度好，有問題很快能解決，家庭出行非常方便。

Super rapport qualité/prix pour Pékin ! La chambre est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. L’appartement est très bien situé. Cela peut être un peu compliqué à trouver (si vous ne parlez pas chinois), le mieux est de contacter l’hébergeur à votre arrivée, il répond très rapidement.

I would like to share my experience regarding my recent stay at this property, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations based on the listing on 永安. The hotel is much older than shown in the photos. The room looked new and modern in the online pictures, but in reality, it was old and not very clean. Many of the facilities were worn out and clearly in need of serious maintenance. Most importantly, the air conditioner in the room was broken. The temperature remained at 30°C throughout our stay, which was far too hot to comfortably stay or sleep. Although a technician was sent to repair it, the issue was not resolved. When we requested to cancel the booking due to the malfunctioning air conditioning, we were told that a refund would not be given. Despite this, we decided to leave and book another hotel at our own expense because the heat made it impossible to sleep. In addition, although the room was marked non-smoking, people from nearby rental units frequently smoked outside, and the cigarette smell constantly entered the room. In summary, the main issues were: The room was old and did not match the photos. The air conditioner was broken, making the room unbearably hot. There was a strong and constant smell of cigarette smoke inside the room. We were refused a refund despite the conditions being unsuitable for staying. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements for future guests.

The apartment was overall very good! I didn't expect it to be good tbh. If you don't know any chinese, it is recommended to download wechat in advance to communicate better. The owner was so kind and nice. They answered all of my questions despite the time. The location is good, too. There's a convenience store near the lobby. I think less than a 100-meter walk there's like a small supermarket. If you like to walk, around 700 meters there's like a luxury shopping lot. Around 600 meters, there's a train station. It may be an apartment, but there's no utensils or anything to cook on. You gotta bring your own or buy. I dont know if you can ask the owner because we brought our own. The guards at the lobby are also nice. I love it. Will definitely come again when I have the chance.
