房間有點味道，應該是老樓的原因，位置很好很方便，背後是一家味道不錯的咖啡店，酒店推薦的用餐也還錯哦，感謝

酒店出門步行可以到天安門廣場，旁邊就是前門地鐵站，去哪都很方便。房間大小合適，一家三口帶了兩個行李箱打開也能自由活動。在北京這個價位能住上這個品質和地理位置真的算絕佳了……已經推薦給朋友，適合來旅遊的朋友～

老花眼才選擇了這家酒店，非常慶幸自己的選擇。酒店離天安門非常近，出門就有地鐵（前門站），安靜，整潔，雖然面積不大，但是佈局合理，所以恰到好處。酒店服務非常熱情周到，很滿意！

6-12/11/2025去北京旅遊7天，橙芷·秋果酒店(北京天安門廣場店)。酒店位置很好，距離前門地鐵站G東南口只有2分鐘路程，去前門大街，大柵欄，鮮魚囗街，北京坊，箭樓等都只是幾分鐘路程，去故宮，天安門，天壇公園都很方便。 酒店不大，設施不是很多，但基本的都有，房間有智能聲控，，地方整潔，比步行街上的酒店清靜，門外還有幾株銀杏樹，我入住這星期剛好全變黃了，我住的房間能看到箭樓。 酒店員工不論前台還是清潔的大姐很友善，服務很到位，用微信和酒店管家溝通，一些小問題都是馬上處理。 北京太多旅遊景點了，一星期時間不夠，下次再來北京旅遊一定再住橙芷·秋果酒店(北京天安門廣場店)。

環境好，出行方便，房租景色優美，能看到中國博物館，毛主席紀念堂，還有前門，就在窗邊，出門就是大柵欄，酒店服務好，一次性用品齊全而且很高檔

酒店服務人員非常好及熱心，我們其中一間房因有少許異味所以要求轉房，日間的男服務員態度非常好，除抱歉外，還親自帶上去看看其他兩間房給我選擇，每天也有打掃及添加免費飲料及茶包，即棄拖鞋，清潔員也很細心給我們2人每天3支水，房間的洗頭水護髮素非常好用，而服務台隔籬每一天也有免費罐裝汽水及零食和熱茶給客人拿取，離開更有禮物零食包，很有心意。而酒店在前門站G出口行不用2分鐘，很易找，但車不能長時間停在酒店對出路邊，所以每次下車都要跳車，或兜往前少少橫街下車，因每天也有公安守著限制車輛前往天安門。 其中一間房望出就是正陽門，遠一點是天安門，往大柵欄找食也方便，而且基乎每天也去。若再來北京，會再考慮入住。

房間下水道有異味，有時在水池旁會不明出來一股煙味，要到進屋自動開啟新風機的程度 住了三晚，第二晚房間的等待突然開始閃爍像蹦迪一樣，叫了前台小姐姐，小姐姐説換房衹有一間有煙味的房間，或者不開燈帶到第三天工程來檢修，結果第三天晚上回到酒店發現燈帶不僅沒修好，而且直接在智能管家上取消了等待開關，導致屋裡照明很暗，並且沒有任何一人同步處理結果或者給到解決方案，完全沒有售後，住了一間燈有問題的房間，且在第三天質詢問是否續住，完全不提問題的處理辦法 酒店電視機投屏會沒聲音，操作非常麻煩，需要返回首頁在多次連結，前台小姐姐告知是反應不靈敏 酒店窗簾短，短到漏光，早上想晚一點起床，燈光挨着沙發會直接刺眼，把眼睛叫醒，睡不了懶覺 智能助手不像桔子水晶或者其他連鎖酒店一樣反應靈敏，不能操作全屋，説開燈衹能開一半的燈，交流非常麻煩 服務流程交接內部管理問題，上午十點半的退房，下午兩點接到消息問什麼時候退房，我説已經退房了，問題不解決，退房催的倒是蠻勤快，被告知前台太忙了，實際上根本退房的時候沒有任何人在旁邊等候的情況（¯―¯٥）

位置超級好，就在地鐵站旁邊，出前門地鐵站就是。服務員也超級好，見面就打招呼很熱情。缺點是獨立衞生間雖然好，但是排風扇壞了，很臭。馬路對面就是大柵欄。離天安門7號口很近

We stayed in the 3rd floor Celebrity Smart Double Bed. The room was very spacious with a view overlooking the tiananmen square buildings. We spent our night beside the wide window sipping our teas looking at the colorfully lit buildings. The bed was very comfy, with plenty of charging ports beside both sides. It had automatic curtains and light switches placed on the bedside. It was so convenient. I have stayed in 3 hotels during my china 永安 and True Go was the best stay. True GO has set a bar of high standard that my other stays couldn’t match. For example, True GO provided 3 bottles of water and 3 cans of beverages for each day. And every day this was replenished consistently, even when we didn’t finish the water or beverages. At one time, we had a surplus of 4 cans of coke. The cleaning came and cleaned up everything everyday. When we came back to the hotel at night, we found the room in impeccable conditions. Once we forgot to fold our clothes on the bed and found them folded upon our arrival. That impressed us very much. I would give the cleaning lady a super star. Another thing that no other hotel could match is the quality of the towels, bathrobes, and the slippers. We were provided two bathrobes folded and packaged neatly. And this was also replaced everyday. Also the quality of coffee and tea packs was of high standard. The toiletries provided such as Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath Gel, Hand Wash were of high quality as well. On the 3rd day there was a water leakage in the bathroom at night. The receptionist lady came quickly and offered to change our room to an upgrade. And then called the technicians who also responded within 15minutes and fixed the leakage. We were very pleased with this quick service and we didn’t need to move our luggages. There was no one available and the receptionist lady cleaned the bathroom herself after the repair. We were so impressed with this quick problem solving mentality. This lady deserves a raise. She even got us a cab at 4am and came with us to the road to help find the cab and helped with our luggage. We haven’t experienced this level of dedication and service anywhere else in the world before. We absolutely loved her. We even got two cute goodbye gifts. We chose True Go hotel for the proximity to the Metro Station and didn’t expect much. This was our very first stay in China and we are glad that we started our journey with True GO hotel. Later we stayed in Novotel and Mercure but none came close to the level of service TrueGO offered. One thing that we missed is the presence of a Mini Bar. The name TrueGO Hotel didn’t appear on DID app when searching so you may have to choose Qianmen Station exit G. You will find the hotel logo prominently on the building. The famous Qianmen Street is just the opposite of the road and its a massive area of shopping and dining. Although there were no Halal Food options nearby. There are some shops nearby the metro station which sell basic foods like bread, noodles, and drinks. You will find halal food options in Sanlitun Soho Shopping mall. You will also find Bank Of China for currency exchange, Subway, three Halal restaurants including a shawarma place, China Unicom for local sim in that area. We frequented this shopping mall for many of our needs.

地鐵非常方便。旁邊就是前門地鐵站出口。這個地鐵站前門didi 可以停一下上下車。車不能進入酒店門前，但是距離上下車衹是1分鐘的走路距離。酒店前台員工很友善和禮貌。我買了水果，跟她們借刀和盤子，她們也很協助我。這邊的房間看到天安門廣場。 距離馬路有一點距離，不會吵，很入眠。 床舒服度中等。訂外賣也有機器人送到房間裏。訂了花，前台服務還幫忙拿上來。 房間裏有空氣凈化機。有智能控制。有USB 接口充電。
