酒店挺新的，樓下幾層都是停車場，房間很大，視野很好，在堪培拉西北郊區，周圍環境很好，性價比很高，帶小孩有梳化床房間

OMG… luckily we just stayed here only one night …. 🤢🤮😷😮💨 This hotel gave to us such very bad experience … Overnight in the room 621 on 26/9/25. Room is a bit small and bed is not comfy , there is no sleepers or toothbrush in the room, however , it can be ok if stay 1 night. Only problem was … there is terrible bad smell come out from two sewers in a bathroom, it made me feel sick 🤢…. My husband called receptionist and they sent a cleaner she pulled a kettle of hot water into two sewers , it was getting worse , bad smell everywhere in the air in a room 😷a cleaner was very nice she tried her best but it did not fix that issue:( . they did not let us change to another room. They told us room all booked out no a vacant room for us to change to another room.🥹😞. I have allergy plus have to breathing awful bad small whole night… feeling terrible! Did not get good rest at all.🫩 Don’t feel well come while stay there, bad customers service, the receptionist have very bad attitude and they tried to ignore problem:( Highly not recommend stay here!

The front desk staff are so friendly and accomodating. Comfortable bed, aesthetically pleasing room, direct access to Labor Club for great beer and food.

Our 2nd stay here. We left something on our first stay 2 months ago and they have kept it until our current stay - which is wonderful. Easy to check-in and check-out. Great location close to Emu Bank. Modern room and have all the basic amenities. Great storage space for a bit of longer stay and great size fridge that would fit a whole cake if you have one with you. Generally happy with our stay

The hotel is generally good. The car park linked to the hotel building is convenient. The hotel staff are helpful, though they made a mistake by overcharging me. The room is new, modern, and clean. However, the shower is not great; the water pressure is insufficient, and there is no supply of water.

酒店相對算乾淨。 廁所淋浴房沒有門，廁所門口有個台階，容易被絆倒。 房間晚上開空調極其乾燥。 房間沒有拖鞋和牙刷 前台態度很差且不專業，當我打電話詢問能否將拖鞋送到房間時，前台一開始表現出明顯的不情願，讓我自己下樓去前台拿。1小時後，當我吃完晚飯後去前台拿拖鞋時，另一位前台給我拖鞋後，前一位前台説拖鞋已經給我送到了房間（我不在房間內，私自進入了我的房間）。當我説我能不能繼續保留另一位前台給我的拖鞋時，她表示，你需要這麼多拖鞋幹嘛。

酒店很新，地段還行，不過服務確實一般，當天帶娃過去check in的時候説我有兩個訂單，我説我之前取消了一個，因為訂的時候沒注意澳洲的大床房標準是1.5米的，後來發現有1.8米的床房間就把之前訂單取消了，永安也確認取消並且退款，可是前台兩名印度人員工説他們沒有説到取消訊息，讓我和永安聯繫，然後我和永安聯繫，永安很明確告知我取消成功，並且提供了訂單號，可是前台不認可，於是我再次和永安取得聯繫，永安説讓我先入住，剩下溝通問題他們和酒店處理，結果前台還是不同意，就這麼拉扯了一個多小時，導致我帶孩子飢腸轆轆從一點搞到兩點半，最後永安説出溝通酒店方面負責人具體名字，然後那個像主管的印度男人才説沒問題了，我感覺多少有點被歧視的冒犯，好在永安方面一直很積極的在溝通處理

Good location which is less than 10 mins to most key attractions. There are plenty of dinning options surrounding the hotel as well as woolies and the labour club for food options. Parking is easy on-site unlike other canberra hotels.
