酒店很新 離汽車站幾分鐘的路，周圍有幾個超市，吃飯也很方便。離市政廳和歌劇院也很近，除了房間小點一切都很好

Hard to fault the accommodation for its location and price. We had a twin room booked as friends (M/F) - the only thing that perhaps wasn't 100% ideal was the bathroom that bordered on being see through. Only part of it was frosted glass so any if walking past, the other person was in clear sight. Wasn't a huge issue for us but it might not be perfect for others travelling as friends. The glass wall also didn't go the whole way to the ceiling so any sounds came through to the compact room. Aside from that, excellent value.

3 of us stayed for 1 night. We were allowed to leave our bags in storage at 9.am on day of check in. We were attending British Golf Open in Royal Portrush The hotel is a 7 minute walk to Central Train Station. Reception Very helpful advising different tourist excursions and when we arrived back at 11.45pm the night porter was very obliging & brought bags to our room.

The hotel location is just right in the city, it was very near to everywhere and is very easy to get to bus stop(s). The hotel only provides a shower shampoo, other than that there is no any others! The first day when I arrived I have requested additional 1 pillow and hair dryer, the receptionist said will pass to me once received back from other guest, but 2 days later until the day I checkout I still never received the additional pillow and hair dryer!!!

Very clean room in a great location in the city. There’s also a functioning fan which you can use if you feel too hot. Bathroom was also very clean and had a spacious shower, however there was a small hole in the shower hose allowing water to escape at high pressure and went all over bathroom floor 😅additionally, we were told there would be shampoo provided but only had shower gel. Would’ve been nice to have more specific details about the amenities but it’s a convenient stay.

Staff were absolutely fantastic, excellent location. Compact with everything needed, felt safe. Staff friendly and informative. I would stay again, but bring a hairdryer.
