I had only 2 days / nights in Belfast. Not nearly enough time. So I am definitely coming back. The rooms are simple but sufficient and the bed sleeps amazing! Loved also the location, good eating places and around the corner of the botanical garden

Had everything we needed and room was very clean bed was comfy and spotless bathroom and shower was very good and clean too was roughly 10 min walk from train/bus station/centre of city best for me was the buffet breakfast , there was everything you could want too much to write on here . took a long walk to walk it off every morning would stay again no problem thanks again mike and claire .

Booked at short notice, excellent location for what I needed,the staff on reception were excellent and very helpful and talkative.both in booking in and the following morning,booking out.the room was lovely,nice big comfortable bed,and nice bathroom.tea making facilities and good selection of channels on the TV.overall,a great hotel at a good price.wouldnt hesitate to use again.thanks to all involved.neil.

Hotel was quite busy but had no trouble with noise. Breakfast was manageable as there are lots of seating around the dining area. Food choices were great & we couldn't complain. Room was clean & spacious & shower also good. Had to pay extra(£20/night) for parking, with having a bike is rare. Friendly & helpful staff.
