Hotelnya dekat dengan pusat kota dan pantai tanjung pendam, aksesnya mudah, pelayanan ramah, bersih juga, sarapannya banyak variasi menu dan anak2 suka..cocok untuk berlibur bersama keluarga

Actually I choose this hotel because recommendations from my friends that this hotel is very close to the city. Yes that's correct. The cleanliness and amenities is quite good. But I'm shocked when I stays 2 nights and those 2 nights they put my room very close to night clubs. I have 2 kids, one is 7 years old and another one is 2,5 years old. Actually in the 1st night I asked to the receptionist, what party in that club and the sounds was very loud until we can hear very clear in our room. They said there is a private party. I thought it's only 1 night and we caving in with expectation that noise will be stop in the second night. But in the 2nd night we still hear another noise party and the sounds is louder compare to 1st night. I complain again to the receptionist, and the receptionist are offering us to moving to another room at 1 am, which is my children already sleep because they already tired during all the activities last 2 days. And we need to chasing woke up early morning at 6 am because we will back to Jakarta. So we choose to stay in our room with all those noise until 3 am with me and my wife can't sleep. What we upset was the receptionist already saw us at the lobby when check in, that I bring 2 small kids, either I already complained in the 1st night, but they still put us in the room very close to that night club. I'm very confused that the 4 star hotel in Belitung staff doesn't aware or has sensitivity with this problems. For sure they already know that event will be there, and the warned us before or give us another option from the 1st night. Hopefully, with all conditions this hotel with all of their staff can have consideration to prevent this things happened again to another family costumer.

Kamar yang bersih,staf ramah,makanan nya enak enak. Tersedia ruangan karaoke dan bar di lantai 9. Will be back soon 😍

房間很吵，尤其是臨街的，摩託車整晚轟鳴，換了房間稍微好點，但還是可以聽到。太糟糕了！

The location of this Hotel was very eccentric and it was very convenient to walk from it by foot. Also as I plan to see some interesting geological locations on the island during my day 永安 to Belitung, receptionist has helped me to organise Rental Car. I didn’t eat at the hotel, but I’m sure it would be good as well.

Layanan cukup baik mantap joss Pemandangan nya bagus langsung pantai dan bisa renang melihat sunset

I always enjoy staying here. It feels like home

Everything was good.location also good. Roof top menu was limited .mushroom soup tasteless only cream.
