This hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the 永安. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.

位置很好，是在西班牙住的最滿意得房間之一，我們住的2c房間可以兩面看海，廚房設施非常優秀，非常適合作為根據點，3分鐘就走到沙灘，酒店內還有應該是熱水浴，我們時間不合適就沒體驗，可惜後面沒房間了，不然還想住幾天！

Apt RSEG. DO NOT ACCEPT ON CHECK IN. We had a young toddler with us. Our apartment was in a separate building across a road up a hill. This was not conducive to using the pool facilities. Given we had to go down the road anyway, we ended up going to the beach and paying to use so loungers. To access the pool from our building, you had to cross the road and carry the buggy down steps. It was not accessible. Our only outside space felt like a cage. We had to sign an antisocial behaviour policy at check in. This gave false reassurance. We had a full blown party in the apartment above us. I complained to reception. No action was taken. There were no staff in our building to notice. I had to complain again the second night. We had ants in our apartment. The response was to give us a can of insect spray. The bathroom door was warped and would not close. The bathroom shower leaked all over the apartment including the bedroom.. They came up and told us it was fine. No cleaning offered. It happened again the next morning. The bathroom door clearly showed damage so we were not the only ones to experience flooding. I again complained and they cleared the blockage. I had to ask again that they wash the floors given we had a toddler crawling on the filthy floors. The bedding was even wet from dragging in the flood. Overall very disappointed. The only redeeming aspect was one member of the front desk staff that was attentive and responsive when we spoke with him.

Check in was difficult, took time because of a problem in their magnetic machine. Not enough amenities in the apartment. You need to pay extra for indoor pool. You need to pay in order to give you towels for outdoor pool. Housekeeper cleaned the apartment once on our stay and forgot to put soap and shower gel in the bathroom. You have to leave the apartment (check out) before 10AM. I had to pay extra in order to stay until 11. Manager was so inflexible and unhelpful with regard to my asking to stay until 11AM All in all, we are not happy with this resort.

Un completo hotelero muy completo ,con piscinas cubiertas y descubiertas,spa gratuito,animación ( muy sencilla ),los apartamentos están a la última con todos los detalles ,son amplios ,nuevos y limpios y tienes servicio de mayordomo por Whassap que funciona muy bien . El personal muy amable . Hay aparcamiento gratuito por la zona sin problemas. La ubicación esta cercana a la zona de santa Ana y cercana a supermercados y restaurantes. El propio hotel tiene supermercado y restaurante que no visite . Lo único q cambiaría es que la llegada tiene q ser posterior a las 16 y la salida anterior a las 10,por lo q pierdes mucho tiempo de estancia .
