Overall: For the price of the room and the quality of everything provided, really happy with the comfortable stay! Will come again! Thank you! Room Very clean! Bright! And very comfortable beds. Also it was very quiet for the few nights that we stayed, which provided really nice rest and sleep. Air-con was powerful and temperature in room was very comfortable. (One little additional comment: Pillows were nice and firm. If there’s an option of softer and lower pillows - ie one high and firm, one softer - that will be even more amazing.) Toilet and shower Very clean toilet; and very powerful water shower. Water was hot. Great. Location Perfect location. 7 mins walk from Indiranagar Metro Station. Quite a lot of nice and different kinds restaurants nearby. Service Front desk team was very friendly. When I was checking out in the middle of the night to catch an early morning flight, apart from the person at the front desk, there was an online face-to-face chat service. The person on the screen was very friendly, got feedback of the stay experience, and ensured the checking out process was smooth. Also the house keeping team was very excellent and friendly too! Thank you very much. Will come again.

I stayed at the property for 9 days,; the rooms were well maintained, airy and spacious. The location is great and its completely safe for a stay.

Hotel room was excellent. Very neat and clean. It was specious enough. Hotel common area and lobby was also very clean. Hotel location is great. Metro station is at 5min walk. Lot of good quality restaurants around the hotel location. Staff was very nice and polite.

not having a cafeteria area and charging an additional 250 rupees for a key broken by the hotel itself? 😡 totally disappointed with your service!

This hotel is nothing more than dirty Oyo room property of Delhi. Highly unsafe for young working girls and women. I had booked this for my daughter, but in seeing the property she didn't check in. Beware of this hotel , it's not worth staying.

Worst experience rooms are not same shown. Doors are not working, tv is not working. I checked in around 8pm and no one was there for carrying luggage. Life starts from first floor worst hotel not even worth 1000 ruppee. Its same as oyo cheap hotels

If it’s your first review, then it has to be either the best or the worst! booked this hotel with embassy name. Thought it would be their standards. It’s a old hotel upgraded. No problem that’s fine. But it was the house keeping that was terrible. The towels were torn, pillow covers were torn. The bed sheets weren’t washed or changed. What is needed is service mindset and not a quick idea makeover alone.

The rooms are not how it is shown in the pictures the tiles are dusty so is the rooms it smells of dust and wood. The bed sheets are rough and dusty too.
