No proper wifi, it keeps on disconnecting. Smelled bad when entered the room.

It's too worst, phone was not worked, bath room is not good. Just for 1 hr late check out they charged 300 and for food we order they charged more then what is mentioned in menu card and they didn't even give bill for that even we asked 10times

I requested for food at 3:45 pm they denied and said kitchen is closed. The experience is overall very bad.

Receptionist madhan rude behaviour and his attitude was worst, no proper response and even when we ask something he don't even respond.

The staffs are very arrogant and always try to get more money from us. For extra person it’s ₹.800, but if the extra person needs a bed needs a mattress then it’s ₹.1000

We were pleased with the atmosphere and the room was so clean and spacious. Many rooms have balcony views. It is a good place if you are looking for a stay in blr with your friends.
