Hotel service was really good ,all suppiers used to come and service with 5 min, that's really appreciated,and staff PPL were good

they didnt provide us with soap , water ,etc. They didnt clean out room and the bedsheets were really dirty .

Good and near the Accenture office. Comfortable for stay if you are travelling for office purposes.

No cleanliness ...no clean bathrooms as well as bedsheets and blankets.. things like cups, bucket, soap as promised not kept in room... TV and ac not working... Staa doesn't come to repair TV when asked....Fan regulator broken when asked to fix it or give another room we were denied and asked to use AC. AC also automatically was switched off from some external switch outside the room... Door not closed properly... Rooms and bathroom too small.. Overall a very bad experience as compared to the money charged

No phone in the room every time we have to go down if we need anything there was no hot water in the washroom even breakfast was served properly. Not

Its neat and clean, few staff are incredibly service oriented and always with a smile to all our needs. There are scope for improvements like they did not provide a/c remote in working state, i had to climb and switch off the a/c every 1 hr. There was a hanging plug which eventually they fixed wasted our time in the process. The kettle did not work asked to change again, they changed. The shower either has hottest of water on both tap or no hot water on both tap at all. I ended burning my neck. They did not provide with tooth brush or any basic need. I eventually went out and bought. There was no bed tea or even tea or anything available before 9am. The room had no milk powder, no sugar. They kept two tetley packet and bru for what i dont know. I could have managed all with as a single but i had an infant and mom accompanying which made it a difficult stay. The photos before booking showed pool and all. It was a decieving one. Even though it was not a seamless stay where i had to keep dialing the 9 by the way their landline phone did not work. I went out and dialed still they did not bring anything. Basically if one can just expect nothing, you ll not be dissapointed in the place. There is so much scope for improvement but only if they are a little prepared before the guest arrrive.

The hotel maintains cleanliness. Also the staff are always available and help with requests. The stay also provides various in-room food options. This budget stay is recommended for both long and short stays.
