Great Interiors and Location, but Disappointing Service Experience The hotel boasts impressive interiors and is conveniently located near both the bus and railway stations. The staff appeared friendly; however, we faced a significant issue during our stay. Despite offering complimentary breakfast, we were not informed about the breakfast timings upon check-in. As a result, we missed it. To our surprise, we received a call at 10:30 AM questioning why we hadn't availed ourselves of the breakfast, only then being told that it was served between 7:30 and 10:00 AM. This lack of communication was disappointing. I would suggest the hotel consider reducing the room charges or offering some form of compensation. While the location and interiors are commendable, clear communication about services is crucial for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast had variety of dishes and taste was good. The hotel rooms was neat and clean. The location was near to railway, metro and bus station by walk but takes lot of time by vehicle.

Hotel room was clean and tidy , but it is small. Location is very convenient and close to Majestic bus station . Food is very nice and price is significantly low . Overall stay was good and fully satisfied .

It's the best hotel and the ambience was so good Staff were so friendly And the location was perfect for anybody who goes for shopping
