納爾塔基精品酒店 (Narthaki Boutique Hotel)

最悪！！3月6日（金）夜に宿泊予約をしていたが、このホテルが位置するBangalorerと次の仕事先のAhmedabadと勘違いをして予約をしていたことに気づいた。気づいたのは航空機がAhmedabadに到着してからだったが、すぐに気づいて電話を１本、そしてさらに永安を通じて、勘違い予約だったのでキャンセルをお願いした。が、まったく相手になされなった。ここで私が腹立たしく思うのは、予約は３泊連泊だった。しかし１泊目チェックイン以前にその間違いに気づいて、ホテルへ連絡を入れたのだから、少なくとも１泊目は突然のことだったのでキャンセルがきかないとしても２泊目３泊目は無料キャンセルをすべきである。同時に、仲介した永安への信頼も喪失した。ホテル側がキャンセルできないと言っています、と私へ連絡を入れてきたが、私は少なくとも永安ではゴールド會員なのだから、もっと丁重に扱う必要がある。この私に感想を一人でも多くの方々に聞いてもらって共感していただきたい。人には誰でも間違いがある。初めての土地を移動する際にはなおさらだろう。少なくとも３泊連泊の予約を入れたことが大きな心配につながったのなら、今後連泊はリスクが大きい、ということになるだろう。もちろん二度とこのようなホテルの対応にあいたくない。気持ちよく「それはお困りでしたね。今回はキャンセルを無料でお受けします、どうぞご安全に気持ちの良い旅をお続けください」と言ってくれるようなホテルであってほしい。

Goed was: eten, locatie, kamergrootte Niet zo fijn: wel ramen maar uitzicht op een muur en flink geluid van een apparaat vlakbij het raam. Alleen 's nachts was dat geluid er niet. Hard annulerings beleid en heb 1 kamer gekregen en twee kamers betaald. Geen sympathie dat een reiziger erg ziek was geworden en niet kon reizen.

Хороший ,чи тый отель. В номере есть все, белоснежные простыни. Очень чисто в номере. В отеле есть ресторан и бар. Вечером можно посидеть .в ресторане хорошая еда.

Проживали в данном отеле с 13 по 18 ноября, номер находился на 2м этаже, окна выходили во внутренний двор, никакого вида, только забор в метре от окна. Сам номер уютный, чистый. Туалет и душевая чистые. Завтра однообразные.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The check-out time listed on 永安 is different from the actual check-out time. When I checkin the reception told me the actual checkin and checkout time so I knew it but I advised the reception to rewrite it. Food was nice. Employees there were also friendly and good atmosphere.

From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides. I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is now on our recommended list for clients traveling to Bangalore for medical or dental procedures, and I look forward to staying here again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

This was definitely my favorite hotel I stayed in over my first 2 weeks in India. The location was great, it was very convenient for public transport and finding cabs/tuk tuks. The rooms were spacious and clean, everything worked properly, and they were very comfortable. The property had an attached bar/restaurant with really good staff that made good food. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was free on the 7th floor of the hotel and was pretty decent, although there wasn’t nearly enough seating in that area for guests (I sat and ate on the steps outside one morning) and they didn’t serve coffee. My biggest complaint was about the wifi. Each floor had 2 different routers, which I thought was overkill, but then I realized was necessary because maybe 25% of the routers worked properly at any given time. At one point during my stay none of the routers worked with an iPhone somehow (me and the only employee with an iPhone couldn’t access internet). My laptop was only able to access the internet in the lobby. And switching between routers every so often was necessary to keep connected. WiFi aside, this hotel was a super comfortable place to stay, and the price made it a good value. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Bengaluru

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has good selections
