The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff quickly found me a room with a beautiful view and the housekeeping staff was incredibly efficient and made sure my room was spotless and comfortable

No discipline, lot of dust & room not cleaned, bedsheet/pillow cover dirty.basic tooth kit, soap & towels are missing.No one will respond & it not feel safe especially with family when you have late check in(No receptionist available )

Good location, good services, nice rooms and responsive reception. The phone kept ringing intermittently but everything was in order. Venkatam Cafe is also very speedy and has really good food.
