The Hotel is neat and clean, has a lift too which is very convenient.Moreover, owner has a friendly nature, 1 km approx from Dasarhalli Metro Station, will definitely recommend

Hotel is good but not providing food or water bottle they ask first for money and after that they bought bottle and people are not understanding hindi language properly

The hotel blue bell room had cockroaches, leaking water taps and ac not serviced. Door mats and bed sheets were all unclean. Electrical switch boxes were broken the only good thing was the supportive staff and hotel is close to metro station 700 m. Not suggested for families or couples.

i had reached bangalore after a long drive from chennai through the rains and was surprised to find there is no designated place for parking and had to park my car on the road. the property is beside a bar and was welcome by many drunk people not safe for family. the check in was smooth but the room; i entered and was greated with smoke smell. every where the property was damaged. i even couldn’t lock the door, the latch was not functional and had to use the key to lock myself in. the cleanliness was very poor from the sheets, pillows to the toilet all were stained and dirty but the only good of all this was the service staff they were polite and timely.

The hotel room felt stingy and facilities were not provided like the tv was not running, the bathroom smelled bad, the door was partially damaged etc.

Room was terrible no hygiene and no proper maintenance. Didn't even received mineral water. Nothing like the photos on website. Bedsheets and towels were torn and needed to be cleaned.

Very good service but rooms need a little fixing as the handle to the bathroom in our room wasn't functioning properly

The property is pretty good and provided a good service-and amenities as mentioned did not face any issue at any point of time a good place for personal stay and small 永安s the furniture is good but in my room the chair was damaged i feel it's a good hotel for small 永安s or personal 永安s.
