Service is very poor. Front desk manager is not treating customer properly. Restaurant not serving in time

Stay was very good. The stay was worth the money. The only thing I did not like was they charged Rs 400 the room key I misplaced somewhere. I wish they would refund me that money.

Rooms are nice and big and quite clean. Staff is polite and cooperative, restaurant service is also good and food they serve is delicious. The veg spring rolls are a must try. Overall i would give it a rating of 4 stars out of 5.

Food service is too slow, breakfast buffet was suppose to be ready at 7. 30am as told by them, but they couldnt serve coffee/yea even at 7. 50, took another 20 mins to serve. Rest rooms are smelly. Rooms not worth more than rs. 1500 per night for a double ovcupant. I paid abt rs. 2900/night for 3 occupant.

Room size and light were good but hygiene/cleaniness was missing. Hotels should improve on it. Walls were dirty and paint was coming out at many places

It is a nice place to stay with nice ambiance and the food quality is also good .. my over all experience was very good as all the staff members as very humble and listen to your needs
