I have booked this hotel through 永安. I got booking confirmation. So i went to the hotel and when i reached there they told me that all the rooms are sold out and asked us to contact 永安. We waited at the reception to contact 永安 but they were rude and asked us to leave the property. We saw that the rooms were not fully booked but they sold it to some others for higher price. We were stuck in nowhere for more than an hour to find another accommodation. They didn’t even contacted us and told that the rooms are sold out. Very poor hotel
