호텔 체크 아웃 할때 사용하지도 않은 다른 방의 공항 픽업 차지를 저보고 내라고 하면서 체크아웃이 지연이 되었는데, 투숙이후 10일이 지난 지금도 디파짓도 환불이 안되고 있습니다. 5성급 호텔인데 매우 불쾌한 경험입니다. 절대 비추 합니다.

Hotel and the rooms were slightly old. Service by check-in staff not so consistent - the lady who checked us in was less friendlier than the gentleman who attended to our late check-out requests at the later part of the day. Breakfast spread was wide and worth it!

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

Stayed two nights on a business 永安. Good hotel with facilities you can enjoy. Main buffet restaurant can use some work in terms of service as the staff were a bit inattentive.

The overall is different from the ads at all! Despite NOVOTEL, Indian standard. The staff wanted to talk or tells only they want to - not the guest's concerned. It took time. The beach is very dirty, the pool is out of service and very dirty. The room is too old and dirty. I get an insect as a gift! Too bad. Accor should reconsider this branch soon.
