The stay and overall experience was satisfactory. But I had opted for the breakfast inclusive package. That's a total bust. Everytime we would reach the breakfast place, the food would be almost over. I recommend never add breakfast inclusive package in X by Bloom, Indiranagar.

Extremely bad experience while staying at x bloom. The reception guy said he will be allotting me room in an hour, so i kept waiting, and he moved out of the property for more than an hour, i kept on waiting till 2 hours, before i get any room, also in absence of him there is no one who can allot rooms to travellers.

Good small hotel, easy to reach and good staff. Really easy check in and good staff. Rooms are also clean and easy

For the price it's a bit on the higher side, and for tooth paste and brush you need to ask / req via the app which is kinda overhead

I booked for double bed, but they gave single bed room. Also toilet was tilted and made discomfort too. Tv has no good channels for tamil channels too.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Upon arrival, the front office staff was unprofessional and initially claimed they did not receive our booking. We were left waiting at the reception for 20-25 minutes. The room itself was subpar, with limited amenities, far below expectations for the price paid. I expected much better service and quality for the cost. This experience was unacceptable"

Great location. Nice new property. Courteous front office boys. Cute, clean rooms. Wish you gave me morning chi / evening coffee. That would have earned a 5 star feedback.
