체크인 할 때는 트립닷컴 사전결재가 바로 확인되어 문제가 없었지만, 체크아웃 사전결재가 바로 확인되지 않아 10분이상 대기해야 했습니다. 회의 출장으로 글로발 체인 호텔 중 예산에 맞춰 예약힌 것이지만, 같이 출징을 갖지만 같은 가격대 다른 로컬 호텔에 숙박한 동료에 의하면 그 호텔이 훨씬 더 좋다고 합니다.

전체적으로 시설은 무난하고 위치도 무난한 편이었습니다만, 제 방에만 뭐가 씌었는지 헤어드라이어가 없었고, 새벽에 도착해서 피곤한데 페크인 시간이 너무 길어진게 아쉽습니다.

It was an incredible experience staying in such a well-located place. The convenience and accessibility made everything so much easier, allowing me to truly enjoy and make the most of my time. Being in such a prime location added a special touch to the overall experience, making it not only comfortable but also unforgettable.

Stay was good.. very nice to stay for quick checkout and checkin Specially when you are travelling for meetings and like to stay at good places at the same time..

Reached the hotel and checked in at 1:30am. The room allocated to me had a strong stench of nicotine and cigarette smoke. I got an asthma attack and at 3:30am I asked for another room and was given one. That room was better than the previous one but still had the cigarette smoke smell - so much for non-smoking rooms. Compared to other holiday inn, this one is way too small. If you have 2 pieces of luggage, you’ll have to jump through them when you move across the small space. Apart from this, let me list a few of my observations and experiences: Positives: - This place is good for those travelling and working close by who would just come to the room for a nights sleep and who smoke - The guy at the breakfast place is quite attentive and makes sure he attends to the guests - If you’re running short of shampoos or towels, a call is all it takes for them to arrive at the room Areas of development: - Not a spot for non business travellers - Rooms are small and stinks of smoke - White towels are now turned to brown - At breakfast, the sausages and omelette were cold - Despite the late check in, you can’t check out late without paying a charge Overall the experience was bad with me leaving the place with breathing trouble after 5 days. Skipped breakfast for 3 days due to cold food. Finally, not looking for a generic response with a copy past template from the hotel management.
