威尼斯民宿 - TGI (De Venetian by Tgi)

This is the most disgusting criminal hotel experience I have had. 1. First of all, they falsely advertised the occupancy rules and charged us 30% more for extra occupancy contrary to what was advertised. In any decent normal hotel internationally you pay for the room and it was aasumed my friends would stay in the extra beds. 2. After paying they didn't even give extra towels, so lazy and thoughtless. 3. Then they had an extra rule which meant my friends and I were charged on credit card and also at the property and had to wait weeks for the money. 4. The so called city view was just a view of a construction wall. 5. The air conditioning didnt work so the tiny room became a stuffy claustrophobic microwave. Disgusting deceptive scam organisation. would not recommend to anyone. You should pay only 1000 rupees for such low quality. यह मेरे द्वारा अनुभव किया गया सबसे घिनौना आपराधिक होटल अनुभव है। 1. सबसे पहले, उन्होंने अधिभोग नियमों का झूठा विज्ञापन किया और विज्ञापित के विपरीत अतिरिक्त अधिभोग के लिए हमसे 30% अधिक शुल्क लिया। अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर किसी भी सभ्य सामान्य होटल में आप कमरे के लिए भुगतान करते हैं और यह माना जाता है कि मेरे दोस्त अतिरिक्त बिस्तरों में रहेंगे। 2. भुगतान करने के बाद उन्होंने अतिरिक्त तौलिये भी नहीं दिए, बहुत आलसी और विचारहीन। 3. फिर उनके पास एक अतिरिक्त नियम था जिसका मतलब था कि मेरे दोस्तों और मुझसे क्रेडिट कार्ड और संपत्ति पर भी शुल्क लिया गया और पैसे के लिए हफ्तों इंतजार करना पड़ा। 4. तथाकथित शहर का दृश्य केवल एक निर्माणाधीन दीवार का दृश्य था। 5. एयर कंडीशनिंग काम नहीं कर रही थी, इसलिए छोटा कमरा एक घुटन भरा क्लॉस्ट्रोफोबिक माइक्रोवेव बन गया

Excellent room service, Attentive staff, Good Security people, Overall wonderful customer experience.

The experience was average at best. this hotel doesn’t offer value for money. There are better options available in the same locality with superior amenities and service. I wouldn’t consider staying here again.

Rooms are ultra small for cost, breakfast quality is below average, mattress are worn out you cannot sleep calmly and will definitely get sprains next morning. Towels provided were stinky and no toiletries set provided.

Very comfortable room. I was able to sleep very peacefully. Place was clean, food was decent and service was good.
