Location was a little bit deserted, no proper eateries/other hubs nearby. Only positive about the location is that it has metro connectivity. Stay was comfortable, staff were friendly.

Stay was comfortable. Reception staff were professional. Room was clean and today. Towels were fresh. Very good experience overall.

Its a good value for money hotel. Location is behind lalbaug were u can have the best fresh air in the morning and good food

I had a terrible experience from the beginning. Myself and my wife being senior citizens struggling to cart our luggage 2 suite cases and some small bags to the reception from the car no one helped though the staff were idling near the reception and chit chatting. Same thing happened during the checkout. The linen was not fresh. Obviously it was used by the previous occupants. I had to complain and to get fresh one. Pathetic. The commode cover was broken and causing discomfort to use. Apart from the body was jelly, no other toiletry items were provided. The break fast was told to be served by 8 am. It is very odd. Who would wait till 8 am to have breakfast in a busy town like bangalore. The staff were unfriendly and irritatingly wait for tips every time though no help was offered. I would never recommend anyone to this hotel.

Hotel was good. Food was limited but very good. But they have not provided toiletries even after repeated reminders. After 5times of request only we received extra bed. Apart from that the stay was good and the location is also good

Very nice place to stay staff is well behaved. Food is nice and best part the restaurant is just on the entrance and on friday and saturday opens till 1am. Kindly check with staff also

Pleasant stay. Convenient location and easy access to all kinds of transport. Cleanliness I would say its about 8/10 (not sparkling clean but manageable)
