The ambience was good, the rooms were neat and clean, and the service was quite fast. The food was also decent enough, not much spices to rough up the system.

Staff Professionalism was very very poor and they have a communication gap. The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive when inquiring about a specific request. Their demeanor was unprofessional and lacked a focus on customer service.

All Staff were helpful and available all the time. Too neat and clean. Room was excellent and had pleasant stay for 4 nights. Ground floor restaurant provided lots of delicious meals. Overall it was a satisfied stay. Will book happily in next visit to bommasandra.

I recently stayed at srt alpines, and i must say it was a delightful experience. Accommodation: the room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep service: the staff at srt alpines were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality truly made a difference, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay
