Had terrible experience with their services 1. They didn't provide hand towels even after asking multiple times. 2. Their kitchen is not open throughout day. If you want a tea at 5 pm, you are out of luck. 3. During checkout, when i told them their services are poor, the receptionist said "Then don't visit again".

My stay at park wood was very comfortable, rooms were specious and the team at the hotel was very supportive. Morning breakfast was also very good and had many options. Only one suggestion is to have at least tea/coffee can be served throughout the day. Had restaurant timing from 06:30 pm in the evening was one concern.
