It was a pleasant stay. The property was in the city and hence my work places were accessible easily. The staff, service and breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this property for travellers.

Good normal hotel. did not face any issues. but I felt price is bit high compared to hotel I booked a room which was mentioned as 475 sq.ft. it looked same as photos but it was hardly 150 sq.ft. not sure hotel mentioned . bathroom too small.

Bit old rooms, but decently maintained, spacious, neat, and clean, bright light in the room suitable for reading. Breakfast, okay. Good locality. The room first allowed has one broken window. Apaar from that everything normal.

Foul smell and found dead cockroaches everywhere. Toilet is not maintained well. Overall the cost to service is pathetic. I will not recommend this property to anyone

The hotel demanded an extra 350 inr for unpaid tax, which was not mentioned by makemy永安. I had to pay this amount to check in. The staff was rude, and the manager refused to speak with makemy永安 customer care, prioritizing a personal call instead. Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior and hidden charges.
