Not worth the price you pay, the bath room has no toiletry, the towels are dirty. It is just like basic o ye room not worth the name and price

Hotel building is good but irresponsible staff, cleaning to be improved. The location is good. Intercom e was not working.

It was highly average stay for me. The room maintainence is very poor as the bedsheet is half torn, the washroom amenities were not working properly even in premium room. They should also clarify in their app portfolio that the superior rooms have bathtub not in the premium room also the price for superior is lower as compared to premium room so basically they are trying to manipulate the customer like this. This is not right they should improve the room maintainence and app portfolio systems.

The room was good. Washroom was ok. Problem is the tap and jetspray. For some reason the pressure is. So high that it hurts you or water spills on you. This is not with one of rooms. It is for all the rooms i have stayed in with aurick. At times the service is ordinary. They forget keep. Essential things in the room. You have to ask them like cups, coffee etc
