The property is located in the heart of jayanagar in a safe neighborhood. The rooms were clean and the desk guy was polite and welcoming. However, an AC in one of the rooms needs maintenance.

The hotel stay was good but there was no parking space. Had to go and park in pay n park. Other than that the hotel staff was friendly and accomodating.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and quick. My room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable, and all amenities were in perfect condition. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the convenient location—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and great value for money.

The rooms were not cleaned and there were bed bugs in the bed. When we told the staffs they didn't bother and I do have the pictures of the bed bugs.

As name says, its a comfortable stay. Rooms are good, service good. Mr rahul at reception is a good lad who knows how to deal customer. Supportive person which should be since people traveling to different state and look forwards for a good gesture.
