Hotel is on 2nd floor and lift is very old and small. Room is decent size and also cleaned but the wooden godrej was broken. Main disappointment was the bathroom, all the tap was leaked and water continuously falling.

The hotel was very shabby and not so clean. Maintenance is very poor. Although, i had no issues with the reception. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I recently stayed at western suites hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the main issues i encountered: despite the listing promising wi-fi, i was unable to access the internet during my entire stay. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially as i needed it for both work and communication. There were no basic washroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, or a toothbrush kit. It's frustrating that i had to go out of my way to buy these essentials when they are typically expected in any hotel room. The cleanliness of the room was appalling. Dust on surfaces, stains on the bedspread, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival. I had to request basic cleaning supplies just to feel comfortable. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel. The lack of essential amenities and the poor room conditions made my stay disappointing, and i will not be returning.

The room was ok, tv was not working the power code cable itself came off, and water was not there around 11:30pm we went down and asked for water and the towel which they provide was not at all good the actual colour was white but we can tell it’s been used multiple times and looks so old. They can improve in that and the room was very suffocating too.

Hotel and hotel staff are good. Very close to eco space. Food we can get even late night. Easy to commute. Staff helped to keep my luggage until evening without any issue. Staying here for 2 nd time. Premises looks old but okay for a day or 2.
