It was a nice experience and the room was pleasant. The bedroom and washroom are leisurely with a broad space room and cup board.

Hotel is desserted place, very few occupancy. AC was not working. For kid served spoiled milk. Meal and breakfast are also not upto the mark. No security, no assistance by staff.

Food quality is very poor Cleaning not done properly, we need to ask to clean them everyday. Staff is also not that good

They don't have parking. The shining pool shown was not with clean water. They switch of the Life at night. Very Rude staffs who not even give water bottles even you ready to pay

On the way to hotel I got a call from hotel saying that rooms are not available despite my payment through make my 永安. upon reaching the hotel I got the room....but they informed me that they have already delinked with make my 永安. Not sure why such confusion ???

Location is a bit nicer even though its in electronic city. Property is a bit old but is value for money. Breakfast is decent and has large sitting area in the restaurant. Although the lift was not working when i stayed. Had to climb 4 stories
