The room was excellent—neat and clean. The only issue I faced was with the shower; since it comes directly from the top, it felt a little uncomfortable to take a bath. It would be better if a bucket could be provided as an alternative. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were excellent—it felt like I was in an office. The work area and play area were also well maintained and enjoyable. I came across a few comments mentioning that the staff were not supportive, but in my experience, they were nice and helpful. The locker was fine too.

The staff is very co operative, all functions works well with right trained people. It's very neat, clean and systematic. Unnecessary human indulgence is very well avoided with well planned app. Good all over.

It was very clean and puntual operative than other garbage hostels. It’s cafe is reasonable and 24hrs operative.

It’s good for solo passengers. But the washroom is so small . And there is no enough space or to hang the clothes . Bed is comfy and staffs were supportive too .

Very bad service. They charge even for water. Toilet was not cleaned properly. Very low quality furniture is there in rooms. Bed is very small. Too cumbersome checkin- It’s just good marketing, would not recommend

Gostops hsr is a good clean property. I stayed in private room and it was clean and well maintained. Electricity, wifi everything was fine. Drinking water available outside room. Very good common area on 4th floor for pool foosball books socializing. Overall good but bit on expensive side.
