The hotel staff is polite and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, the responsiveness to guest requests could be improved, as it often takes multiple calls to get assistance. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in service efficiency.

this is very pathetic hotel , smell bedly you cant stay for 10 mint they are giving one sparay for stabliye your mood ***** with thw maquito killer bat 🤓🤓think and select the hotel

No proper staff and at reception had to wait for a long time and even power cut off was there they have poor power back up quality and even had to wait more then 20 min at reception during the time of check out coz there was no person at the reception counter

They are charging me for water, even though it's written in my booking water will be refilled on a daily basis, i request something from the housing staff, they take 30 mins and still it's not given, like say towels, i had to ask the reception and then housing staff, then i get the towels, same goes for any other utilities like coffee or water or sugar, the service is very slow and dissatisfaction.

Room was nice but the view was not good at first and then later they moved me to the other side of the room. Overall stay was nice. Only issue was when we order food from outside, we need to get out to the ground level and collect it. They don't let the delivery person to come up and deliver.

Parking is not good, and breakfast is not worthy, very less choice, even they don't have a omelet. Room is also not too good, rating is not worth for it.

I had a great stay with excellent service. The location provided easy access to transport services, and i felt very safe throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the facility was highly appreciated.
