The rooms had Bed bugs. we left immediately. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL! The rooms are not maintained and we couldn't sleep because of bed bugs infestation.

Good stay, all in all a fine experience. Bathrooms could be little more maintained and also the TV experience, could be made smarter with OTT OPTIONS.

No room service, no tv, ac not functioning well. The maintenance staffs not sure on their job role. Tv not charged even after making a complaint not rectified.

Rooms are neat and clean. Services are good but one of the staff entered my room when i was out for work and when asked they said they cleaned the room without even asking me. The next thing i found that my earphones were stolen by one of them.

Toilet not clean. A/C, Hot water in bathroom and TV were not working and after we complained they were set right. For the room offered the tariff is double.

Booked Luxury suite, but below average. 1. Poor toilet flush. 2. Very small bathroom and toilet. 3. TV not working. 4. Not bottled packed water. 5. damaged toilet . 6. Unhygienic juice mug in restaurant. Good things are good water heater, nice water flow.

Location & food ok. Executive suite is spacious, but bathrooms are antique. One weird process they have, room electronic lock will expire midnight every day. You have to come down to ref-lash the card.
