The hotel is okay overall, but some spots were dirty. The air conditioner wasn't cold at all—I set it to 16 but felt nothing. There was also leakage, so be careful not to place your things under the aircon. Not terrible-you get what you pay for. They do provide a toothbrush, but if you have braces, I recommend bringing your own (ifykyk). In the app it says there's luggage storage, but actually there isn't. Before coming, I tried calling the hotel-first time they picked up, said something, and hung up. Second time, they just picked up and hung up again. When I arrived and asked about luggage storage, they told me to leave my bag in an open area unattended. I couldn't risk that, so l had to check in early and pay an extra 100k. If you plan to stay more than one night, don't leave valuables in the room-housekeeping comes in to tidy up while you're out. Most important: If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel. There's a live band nearby until lam, and in the morning around 7-8am, housekeeping starts working-you can hear their voices very clearly

The hotel is very dirty on the floor, walls and tables. It seems very gloomy and doesn't maintain well for years. Hotel also does not have baggage deposit service if you reach there early, and strictly does not allow any free time extension of checkout unlike other hotels.

Safe environment, it’s good to stay for solo travellers. All of the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Overall experience was good.Three issues were taken care by Service promptly (TV signal,Hot water kettle,Toilet paper roll).Internet was weak and room was noisy in the evening due to some celebration in the adjacent next property.

Sangat berpuas hati...dari 1 hari...tambah sehari lagi di hotel ni...bilik ok..hotel ok..staf sgt membantu...cafe jg ok.. perfect...semua urusan dgn hotel sgt mudah..kedudukan sgt strategik..byk kedai mkn di sekitar...mlm juga meriah tak sunyi..akn dtg lg sni utk bw fmly..👍👍👍👍👍👍
