I am very happy for our staycation at king’s hotel. I like the environment there and convenience to go anywhere in Batam. The hotel very clean. All the staff very friendly. The frontdesk by the name Wawan really do a great job and serve us patiently and helpfully. I will surely come back and happily will stay in the same hotel.

1/ Calm and tranquil hotel location away from most happening spots 2/ bathroom good sized but sink drainage wasn’t proper 3/ bed linen could be cleaner  4/ out of 2 elevators, one wasn’t working more than 12hrs 5/ smoking floor was “too smoky” 6/ bathroom amenities need improvement 7/ for its unique forest location, this could truly be a retreat hotel with semi-luxury feel, and priced accordingly

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in, the place was really run down and the whole environment felt rly dirty. The rooms were in very poor conditions, the pillows and mattress were stained, the room was pretty much covered in dust, the chairs were broken. I will not recommend it to you at all. Staff were super inefficient and wasted a lot of time. The breakfast was bad too, can skip

This hotel looks very old. Everything is also old inside, including the bed sheets and towels and furnitures. It is not worth the price to stay at this hotel. They need to renovate a lot in many areas. But the staffs there are friendly. Management needs to be improved.

The hotel is located on the hill top, but the driveway is a slope down. One side of the hotel has a nice view of town. Staffs friendly. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast not bad. Overall give it 4/5
