The receptionist was very friendly, our room was very spacious ! The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a bath tub, large basin, and separated toilet and bidet. Breakfast selection was excellent. Everything you could want. The location was great for us, because it is close to the Benidorm Palace, where we were going, but if you were going for the beach, it may be a bit far. 4 elevators was ample We didn't use the Spa facilities, or the pool, so I can't comment on those. .

Very lovely hotel .we were only there for a short time cause we went over for a wedding .we do plan staying there for a week when the weather warms up .I would recommend the hotel to anyone . Yours sincerely Dorothy .

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Hotel avec de belles chambres plein sud, très belle terrasse avec vue sur la rue et la piscine sans vue sur la mer. Propreté irréprochable, personnel agréable et disponible sauf au Spa. L'hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement, surtout les salles de bains. Décor d'il y a 25 ans mais très bien entretenu. Restaurant bof bof bof, genre cantine. Le petit déjeuner et bien avec du choix. Les repas du midi et du soir passez votre chemin sauf si c'est purement alimentaire. Rapport qualité-prix ok hors saison. L'hôtel met en avant des services qui n'existent que en haute saison.
