Не понравился, не рекомендую. Как только зашла в этот отель, начались проблемы. Не помогают с багажам, тащишь сама тяжелый чемодан. Далее невозможно расплатиться картой, или $ не принимают, только пессо. Попросила мне трансфер на 5 утра чтобы доехать до аэропорта перед вылетом( трансфер они предоставляют бесплатно) сказали ок будет, утром спустившись вниз, сказали что нет никакого трансфера, у меня случился шок, отмахивались руками и говорили ваши проблемы, пыталась объяснить что вылет в через 3 часа, но им было без разницы, отвратный персонал и сервис!!!

This is a clean, comfortable hotel 15 mins from the airport and reasonably priced for a stop over. The room is spacious and has everything you need. My only criticism is that I messaged the hotel several times before my 永安 to organise the free shuttle service from the airport and got no response. I also called from the airport and they then said they could not provide one. Taxis from the airport are extortionate so it cost me almost as much as the nights stay to get there. They shouldn't offer a free transfer that they don't provide. Otherwise a pleasant stay and the outlet mall across the street is a bonus.

Avani is a beautiful modern hotel. We only stayed for one night. Close to the mall, which was a bonus. On check-in, the staff were gathering in groups, not really interested in checking in guests. There seemed to be a goodbye party for a staff member, so they were distracted. All in all, the room and beds were perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, close to the airport, breakfast good, all in all good price/value.
Only crit: the provided shuttle runs only until 10 pm; when arriving late you’ll have bad luck and will be a victim of the CUN Taxi maf-ia (means you’ll pay about 40/50 USD). This would made other more expensive options even closer to the airport more attractive (as no Taxi required).

Personal freundlich, Frühstück super, Bekamen bei Ankunft 23:30 noch ein Essen nach Karte. Zum Flughafen sind es 15 min. Wir können es unbedingt empfehlen.

To get a room for Christmas Eve, I booked through 永安 about ten days before my stay. But when I arrived, the hotel informed me that 永安 hadn't paid the hotel yet, that I couldn't check in unless I put another payment on hold until it was processed. Of course, that could be 永安's fault, as they claimed. But I'll never forget the contemptuous tone of the lobby clerk's words to me as I panicked and kept asking questions trying to figure out what was going on: "Pay or leave the hotel. It's Christmas eve, and there are plenty of guests who want to get a room, even if it's not you." There were many more things that made me feel disrespected by the staffs at this hotel. I arrived at the hotel at late at night and waited in line for a long time, but a staff told me "I have to go to home now, so you'll have to talk to someone else," and when I told them the hair dryer in my room didn't work, the new one they brought me was somehow sticky all over. They're not going to respect you, so respect yourself. How? FIND SOME PLACE ELSE.

Nice new hotel close to the airport. Free shuttle provided to/ from airport once booked in advance, staff are all friendly and helpful. Food was tasty, breakfast a bit expensive but lots of options. Room and big and very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for airport stays.
